Our projects are thoughtful, well designed, and built to a high standard and we're looking for someone who works the same way.What You Can Expect<ul><li>Steady pipeline of residential work year round</li><li>High end projects not production framing or repetitive work</li><li>Small, tight knit crew with strong leadership</li><li>Well planned jobs with clear communication</li><li>Clean, professional jobsites</li><li>Opportunity to build both rough and finish carpentry skills</li></ul>We care about doing things the right way clean work, tight details, and no cutting corners.The RoleYou'll work alongside the lead carpenter and team to support projects from start to finish, staying hands on in all aspects of the build.Responsibilities include:Project Setup and Support<ul><li>Assist with job site setup and protection</li><li>Help organize materials, tools, and daily workflow</li></ul>Construction<ul><li> Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks</li><li>Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately</li><li>Install framing, siding, windows, doors, flooring, trim, drywall, cabinetry, and more</li><li>Read and follow construction drawings and plans</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site</li><li>Work collaboratively with the team to keep projects on schedule</li></ul>Project Closeout<ul><li>Assist with final cleanup and project completion</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>2+ years of carpentry or construction experience</li><li>Basic ability to read plans and take accurate measurements</li><li>Comfortable using hand and power tools safely</li><li>Reliable, consistent, and shows up ready to work</li><li>Willingness to learn and improve skills</li><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work well with others</li><li>Experience in residential remodeling or high end work is a plus.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>$25 to $40 per hour depending on experience and capability</li><li>Overtime opportunities</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan options</li><li>Opportunity for growth within the company</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM</li><li>Hours may vary depending on project needs</li></ul>Equal Opportunity Employer BLB Design Build is an equal opportunity employer.
